Overall, how would you describe your experience at Premier Foods?
Generally very positive with lots of support and invitations to contact those with more experience in the business for support.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Having only started recently, I can say that slowly getting to know the business through big category meetings is very interesting.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

My current rotation has clear targets and numbers based evidence of my hard work. I can also track my impact on sales through our data platform.

Why?
The community feel of the company is very welcoming and despite some systems being confusing, everyone is extremely helpful. There are many aspects to the business for people with lots of different types of skills. The graduate scheme is also very well run with great inductions.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?
