Overall, how would you describe your experience at Premier Foods?
Premier Foods has a wonderful culture with a diverse workforce. Thus, my experience has been flawless so far. The warm welcome and guidance you receive as a grad is endlessly valuable for young people to establish themselves in Premier Foods and their chosen career.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Engaging, communicating and co-ordinating with internal or external individuals of different seniorities - sharing best practice or investigating how processes or end goals could be achieved in the most commercially efficient way.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
