Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Within my role I hav ereally enjoyed working for the company as well as alongside my coworkers, within my job I cook meals, clean dishes, clean the kitchen, complete bookwork, sort deliveries, as well as sometimes running for food to support the FoH members.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed my programme, I have learned lots from the program and it hasn't had a major impact when competing alongside my regular working shifts.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Although there are some skills that I had already had a basic understanding of, I have further developed these skills and have leant many skills to support other areas of my work that I may not have focussed on prior.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I believe that the programme is well structured ensuring that individual areas are focussed on without colliding over one other making it very easy to understand each topic.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer gave me penty of support when I was getting trained and was happy to help me learning more about other areas to achieve the goal I was aiming for with my qualifictaion.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider gave me plenty of support and was always free to reach out to if there was any support needed throughout the program.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe that the skills I have learnt have helped me perform better and more consistently during my service and the products we provide.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Although there isn't any extra curricular activities, there is plenty of educative tasks you can complete to support your knowledge of other areas available.
