Overall, how would you describe your experience at Balfour Beatty?
Experience was overall good. There have been issues in the begging, which could have been resolved if the onboarding process was more organised. The most positive part was the people and the help I had, and the negative would be the working hours and the distance away from home.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
1. Overseeing and Supervising Civil Engineer Works, Environmental Aspects, Quality & Security on site.
2. I was in charge for the most works that had to do with concrete, steel & earthing.
3. I am having nice exposure in M&E, which I did not much knowledge on.
