Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Standard of data in the organisation is poor, disjointed in the cross collaboration between departments, lack of true leadership for large scale organisations, too much "Bro Podcast" culture seeping into the corporate world with Senior Leaders saying words or phrases that are directly traceable back to specific episodes of business related podcasts showing a bankruptcy of original though and bland conformity for a pay check.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
Apprenticeship programme is extremely good quality. Content is spot on. Tutors are exceptional and really show they care about the success of the apprentices.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
Made redundant the week of starting EPA process because I'd be earning a non apprenticeship wage after completion. New organisation allowed me to complete but had 0 input in the success and didn't show any real interest or value in it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Again, without the Tutors and provider being so supportive I wouldn't have had the motivation post redundancy to complete it. They supported me through exceptionally difficult circumstances professionally and personally.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes but they're not something that appeals because the activities are contrived and masking self involved aggrandising people climbing the greasy pole and trying to play politics over having an authentic human experience.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Baltic Apprenticeships to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I've achieved two distinction qualifications through Baltic, the standard of the content the way the content is delivered and the support and striving for success they have really added value to my daily role and given me a skillset/exposure to knowledge areas that outstrip the current capabilities of the organisations I've worked within.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Baltic Apprenticeships?
They are experts in success, don't resist the advice, embrace all the feedback and you will succeed.
