To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I did really enjoy my course with Baltic and my coach was the very good and supportive. When it came course days she did a wonderful job at explaining the topics that were being covered as well as explaining and answering any question that we may have. Once i had completed all 6 courses there was a quite a big gap (around 3 months) of where there wasn't any apprenticeship work to do as all projects and work books had been completed. It then rolled around to EPA (start of september) and it felt a bit rushed and work/study felt almost 'thrown' at me. I feel like the few months gap could've been filled with some calls or little bits of work just to keep momentum going.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I started working at the organization a year before the apprenticeship so i already had some experience as well bits that i had done at school/college. This apprenticeship did build on knowledge i already knew as well as teaching me new skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The apprenticeship as well orangised with calls at least once a month and regular one to one sessions with my coach to ensure that i was getting on okay with the course. Again could've been more structured to have something in the couple of months gap.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was very supportive to the course and allowed me a certain amount of time each week to work on apprenticeship work i had.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Full support. When EPA came around there was a session at least once a week for a mock as well as even having a call with someone who wasnt the coach to allow me to get used to talking to someone different as it be like on the day.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like having the level 3 qualification is a boost to my confidence and my role, allowing me to try and take on more tasks or more complex tasks.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are events for all staff to participate in, they dont run all the time though.

Would you recommend Baltic Apprenticeships to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I feel like Baltic are an overall good apprenticeship provider to use for an apprenticeship. They offer a wide range of support with the apprenticeship and outside of it. As well the coaches seem nice and approachable if you ever need anything.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Baltic Apprenticeships?
Again, the couple month downtime where not much work was really set is the only thing i would say could be improved. Even if it was just an hours call once a month would be enough.
