Overall, how would you describe your experience at Balfour Beatty?
Positive. Lots of training opportunities. Good benefits such as company car and opportunities to sign up for private medical. Friendly co-workers.

Varies depending on the site you are on. Currently involved in the quality side submitting and creating documents.

Company car with commuting fuel paid for. When working away from home good expense policy. Only downside is pension isn't the best (max contribution off company is 5%

How is the support you receive?

Hard to contact the company when you aren't inside so leading up to starting you can be left in the dark. Once you are in though everything is great.

Can be longer hours and being away from home during the week.

Can be amazing in general in the workplace however don't seem a fan of working from home for engineers.
