Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Three areas of the job
first being top counter- getting customers into their cars, this consisted of having great customer service skills and sales skills, trying to sell extra products such as insurance, pre paid fuel, etc
Second was quality control, stood outside making sure cars are clean, damage free and helping customers with issues such as setting up a sat nav.
Lastly was returns, customers return their vehicle and we made sure everything was perfect and resolve any issues/

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
loads, most of the time managers were not around to help out, and you was expected to do most things yourself and learn from fellow staff

Culture was, make as much money as possible basically. Great from the managers POV but not great for employees

Not really, happy i did it however, due to some skills learnt and now know what i 100% do not want as a job in the future

What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility
There is good career opportunities at enterprise, you can really be on good money within five years. However you have to sacrifice most of your 20s and weekends. Sometimes you can be expected to work 55+ weeks and be looked at funny if you wanted to go home. Not a great work/social life. Most of your friends will just turn into people from enterprise
