Overall, how would you describe your experience at Balfour Beatty?
My experience so far has been ok, there is a great team to support you from day 1, but there has also been a number of negative experiences with some of the senior members of staff not upholding Balfour's core values, which has made working uncomfortable.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The main responsibilities of the role include:
Planning and drawing the detailed designs;
Create plans and models;
Learn how to use design tools and understand engineering principles to create effective designs.
