Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I was in charge of a team of 7 warehouse operatives. I had weekly 121 meetings with there, regular calls with the customer and made sure that the operation ran smooth.

I gained more responsibility as I progressed through my placement.
