Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
An overview of this role include customer sales, returning customers, completing delegation tasks (that include calling customers to ask about their experience etc). This is a very customer-centric role with a high focus on customer satisfaction.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given a lot of responsibility in this placement. I was given tasks that would contribute largely to the growth of the business and was included in all meetings and related events as a valued employee.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Yes i have greatly developed my confidence in this role due to a high exposure with customers allowing me to grow and develop at a super high rate on a daily basis. By being placed in an airport/train station location i was also encouraged to grow a lot quicker by exposure allowing me to be on par with my fellow interns within my second week.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
I received plenty of support during my placement as all employees at my branch were very welcoming and supportive for whatever i needed. There is also a monthly personal development meeting that takes place allowing me to set clear goals and also talk about any issues i may have.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was one of diligence and teamwork where everyone worked together to achieve the goals set by the business in sales and customer service. All the employees were of a similar age to myself and it was a great and hugely friendly environment.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
10/10, it is a thoroughly enjoyable placement, the only possible issue could be the flexibility of the hours in a train station or airport location. However, it is super organised and my managers worked with me to make sure i enjoyed my placement.

What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility
My advice would be to make sure what kind of location you get put at as each type have a large variety of responsibilities. I would also advise future applicants to be aware of the level of customer service we must provide.
