Talent Acquisition and Community Relations Review

My role during placement was with TA and Community Relations. This involves promoting Enterprise as a company, by doing so, going to multiple career fairs to talk to students in person, gaining that rapport and scouting who would be a good fit for the company. Also, it can involve doing panel talks that may target individuals that are less likely to apply to Enterprise as it is viewed as 'Male dominant'. Within the community relations part of my role, that involves working with multiple charity events such as, children in need or the girls network, and solidifying that partnership with them. Moreover, going to various networking events and building my communication skills is prevalent in my role as intern.

Everyone during my placement has been a big help, as everyone is super friendly and welcoming, so that helped me branch out and speak to people for any issues I would've been having or asking for guidance. Heavy emphasis on 'there's no such thing as a silly question'.

Very welcoming, easy-going but everyone still got their work done to a high standard. Friendly and chill.

I'm still currently doing my placement year, but I've thoroughly enjoyed the opportunities given to me and I have leeway to help other departments with work, so that I can gain an idea of what I may want to do in the future.
