Support and Guidance

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

Immense support from the branch, my management assistant from Marylebone was spectacular. Additionally my colleague who was a graduate was excellent and I learnt so much from her.
My area manager of U1 went above and beyond for me, and supported me through my internship.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

For me it was a very different atmosphere than I am used to. So it took some time adjusting.
The colleagues do support you.
Maybe it’s because my internship was shorter than a year, but I hoped that there was more women’s experience and networking within the area. I hoped that there will be more social activities for the branch and the area too.
I think that there should be more opportunities for the interns and graduates to meet during their internship. I believe that this it is also important if they had meetings with other employees that work in different areas, so they can see the future job opportunities.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

Overall my internship was a good learning lesson for me and has taught me alot about myself as well as Enterprise.
I hope to return to enterprise and learn more as well as learn more about other roles too.
