A lot of support from people in my team, from my manager and graduates in particular. Great support from Recruitment team as well. Had a great intern buddy.

Great company culture! Everyone is very kind and takes time to chat with you. Senior people in firm will also take time to discuss with you.

What advice would you give to others applying to J.P. Morgan

Do it early in August/September as soon as applications open. Research about the firm and what makes it the largest bank by revenue. Be confident and true to yourself.
