Overall, how would you describe your experience at CGI?
It has been an amazing experience! A lot of encouragement and support received from early careers team and leads. We are like one big family that helps one another whether it's relating to finding roles, or point of contact for a particular task stuck on.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I've been PMO on 2-3 projects and I've enjoyed taking on variety of admin tasks.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

5, I have some level of ownership in some areas so I feel my role contributes meaningfully and feels valued by my team.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

I like the SSC event alot where I can meet new people within CGI and build network.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

I think PMO role is preparing me for a more leadership type of role.

I feel CGI provides lots of training via percipio, academia, etc

Really good! I love how there is a whole website CGI For Good where there are lots of opportunities to get involved in CSR initiatives.

It exceeded my expectations.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to CGI?
Erm, not that I can think of. I loved the fact that they reviewed CV's and then the next was assessment centre. Made the process feel less stressful
