Overview of Role

agreed Performance indicators and reporting any anomalies detected for
investigation by appropriate teams. Any anomaly may require further
investigation to ensure that sufficient information is gathered and/or analysed
to ensure that the issue is resolved.
The Service Monitoring Analyst is part of the Service Delivery function and
collaborates with various other team by analysing the raw data. There is a
requirement to ensure that any analysis is presented in a user friendly way to
other teams.
Every month there is a requirement to provide the client with a Performance
Management Report, the Service Delivery team are responsible for producing
this report and this requires accurate collation and presentation of the agreed
dataset, along with any additional evidence that may be required.
There is also a requirement to prepare User Notices (for the end user) in
relation to payroll processing, and collating customer responses to ensure that
the scheduled workload has no predicted impact on the service.
The skills required for the Service Monitoring role are:
