Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
As an intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, you’re actively involved in day-to-day branch operations, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and business management. Responsibilities include assisting customers with rentals and returns, handling inquiries, upselling products, managing vehicle inventory, and supporting administrative tasks. Interns work closely with team members and management, learning how to run a branch efficiently while developing skills in communication, problem-solving, and leadership. This fast-paced role offers real-world exposure to the business
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
In our branch we were all given different responsibilities for example some week I was in charge of red cars, other weeks it was my job to update the teams sales boards

During the placement we got different types of support from both management in branch, and we also had training days on teams and face to face training.

The culture of the company is was good amongst staff, everyone got along well and it was a fun experience to come to work.
