Initial training was very thorough and helpful. Support and guidance was good from branch managers but not much beyond that

Competitive because of the sales aspect of the job. Everyone was close due to working long hours together

I did enjoy meeting many people, helped me grow and become more confident. Did learn a lot which made the placement worthwhile. Struggled with long hours

What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility

Make sure you are comfortable working long hours, is hard to find a work life balance. You can be moved branch’s also, so your commute can be up to 40 mins on top of the long work day
