Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My current job includes planning production and communicating with all sites in the group to service retail orders. I am in constant contact with all production sites and making sure service level is always at 100%.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was enjoyable, I have learned a lot about leadership and how to talk to people in challenging situations. It has helped me define my leadershiop style and what else do I need to work on to be better support for people I am working with and people who need my insight.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've developed mix of practical and personal skills, such as assigning tasks effectively, when working in a team; I've learned how to manage time during the day, to prioritise tasks; I've learned how to listen to coworkers and give contructive feedback, and how to resolve a confilct or tense situation.
I am more self aware, I've recognised my leadership style and area I want to grow in.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was very well organised, we had 1:1 sessions with coaches as well as group workshops. I could always contact my coach when needded more help with project or assignments.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was very understanding if I needed to focus on assignments and I had the support of my manager during the porgramme as well.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I have received all the support I need, when in doubt. No question or worry was overlooked. If I needed any extra time or extra coaching all of that was provided.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It helped me understand more of leadership styles, and how much effective communication is needed. I am more confident in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There's plenty of support when needed, any people interested in professional networking events have that chance to participate.
