To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have been enjoying my programme since the beginning. I can apply its content to almost everything in my day to day. I cannot thank them enough for the opportunity and support in doing this course.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My L7 in Strategic People Management has given me plenty of food for thought in developing in my existing role, I can see myself applying the material I have learnt in my day to day and despite the course still being ongoing, I have learnt so much.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very organised, I always have 8-week reviews and I can add in more if I need to. I understand everything I must do for the course and also my EPA.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has supported me from the beginning and will until the end. I don't know what I would do without [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] - he helps me with not only the content but gives me tips on the best way to tackle those lengthy assignments.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider answer any questions I need and have accepted changes in deadlines when I go through busy periods in work or life. I am very grateful for this.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

100% - all the content delivered I can apply in multiple aspects of my role. This has built my confidence and overall performance of my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, I have been on several conferences through my employer and every month we engage in some form of charity work.

Why?
I have been with Dunbia now for the last 2.5 years and I love everything we stand for. We are always growing and doing our best to be more effective and I am lucky I have been able to be involved in these steps for ongoing improvement.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Dunbia?
Be ready to gain an abundance of knowledge in the food manufacturing industry. They are happy for you to be involved and have scope of the full manufacturing process. And just be yourself!
