Overall, how would you describe your experience at Dunbia?
Enlightening, I learnt a lot of new things and continue to learn more.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Ensuring safe and high quality food is produced and sent to our customers.
Setting up labels and batches to ensure traceability of products is correct.
Conducting traces to trace product from farm to our customers.
Updating WI/SOP for the department.
The parts that I enjoyed the most was learning new things and seeing what a quality manager does day in and day out

The mentor system was very helpful for an outside perspective and ensured I could talk to someone about my experience and struggles without any judgement.
How is your work-life balance?

It was good, but a lot of my time was spent travelling back and forth. It was better on the shift pattern as it was 4 on 4 off, I may have had no time during the 4 on but the 4 off made up for that.

Not really, I moved to the program internally, but I gave it a go and was surprised when I got on the program
