I deal with employee request, I also interview, do Inductions, looking after absences and probation reviews, sorting questions about payments, holidays etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I like it and find it useful just sometimes needs time to do things and when at work is very busy it is hard to keep track

Here depends....sometimes you get sometimes when busy periods are coming other things are considered to be more important

The support comes in the reviews meetings also if I have questions she is coming back to me with solutions and suggestions so is good.
