Sales and communication. Especially with foreign customers if you are at a airport or train station branch. You learn some aspects of fleet management.

Lots of support from the team especially since i was at a small branch that isn't as busy as the airport location.

What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility
Be open and try to be as chatty as you can. With it being a customer service role, you need to show that you are able to interact with them well. Previous managerial experience is also great even if its just from a small part time job, try make connections from that.
