Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
The days can be quite up and down, some days can be very busy and other days can be quiet. Daily rental is enjoyable as everyday other day is so different.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, you had assigned areas of the business you would work on throughout the week and it was good to see something you were actively improving. You were also given a folder with seven stages to complete, where each stage was about different things about the business.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
Quite a lot of support was given from head office. I would say support and guidance can be improved from managers and assistant managers in branches sometimes it felt like you were not getting support to your questions.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Atmosphere is brilliant as is it all people that are working together and are relatively the same age so you are getting on well. The company culture can be quite competitive due to having performance metrics. But other than that, it is an enjoyable culture to work in.
