Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Your day to day job will be to serve customers into rental cars along with managing problems which come along with renting cars in a fast pace enviroment.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
You are assigned certain roles every quarter at the branch, this can involve managing customer service to managing fleet health. There are roles which influence the branch more then other but each are important in there own way.
