Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
DAY TO DAY, I AM MANAGING CUSTOMERS, ASSIGNING THE CORRECT VEHICLES TO THE RIGHT CUSTOMERS, OVERSEEING FLEET HEALHT (MANAGING DAMAGED VEHICLES), SORTING CLAIMS (IF PEOPLE DAMAGE VEHICLES), MANAGING DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS AND BOOKING IN INSURANCE RESERVATIONS FOR REPACEMENT CUSTOMERS REQUIRING COURTESSY VEHICLES.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
YES, THROUGHOUT THE INTERNSHIP I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE OPPOTUNITY TO RUN THE BRANCH ON MY OWN, PLAN DELIVERIES AND I HAVE A LOT OF AUTOMONY OVER MY OWN TRAINING.

LOTS OF SUPPORT FROM AREA AND BRANCH MANAGERS. REGUALR TRAINGIN DAYS AS WELLAS TRIPS TO HEAD OFFICE FOR TRAINING. TRIPS OUT OFTHE BRANCH TO LEARN ABOUT OTHER PARTS OF THE BUSINESS AND UNDERSTAND DIFFERENT JOB ROLES IN THE BUSINESS AS WELL.

I HAVE REALLY ENJOYED MY PLACEMENT AT ENTERPRISE. I HAVE LOVED THE JOB DAY TO DAY ESPECIALLY DRIVING THE EXOTIC CARS AND HELPING CUSTOMERS OUT DAY TO DAY.
