Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My daily responsibilities include checking in customers, returning vehicles, selling protection products, and assisting clients to the best of my ability. I have also been out on the road, collecting and delivering cars across the county, which keeps things interesting!
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
An Enterprise Rent-A-Car summer intern typically handles various tasks. They take payments, assist with sales by helping customers choose vehicles and offering extras, and assess risks by checking customer records. They also drive cars for various purposes and inspect vehicles for damage.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had great connection to assistant manager, branch manager and area manager. All questions were answered and explained.
