Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Data analysis is a key part of the role.
deployment of lean methodologies throughout the workforce.
Support for all departments for various different tasks. Each day is different

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was the lead and project manager of my own project to deploy a digital management system in the plant. I lead a multi departmental team and had to communicate clearly. I was given a lot of freedom by my manager to gain knowledge and work with different people throughout the business

Good, there was a lot of people who had been there for many years, so experience was everywhere and people were always happy to help

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement. I really feel I have developed a lot both in my professional career and personal journey. I feel a lot more confident.
