Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
The Day to day life was always different with different responsibilities and tasks presented to myself throughout the year. I would have liked more support from my manager in terms of feedback and improvements as well as more projects and tasks to do. Overall this year had definitely been beneficial and my manager and colleagues have helped me improve my knowledge which will help in future career.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
A fair amount in terms of I was response able for a lot of cable management as well as windows 11 upgrades. I would have liked more projects and had more leadership and responsibility.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Yes building PC and laptops, cabling and installing cameras. Expanded my knowledge with back up servers and main servers, as well as patches and installing them which links with my degree of cyber security.

I enjoyed it massively I loved the work environment and the people would have liked more tasks and challenges but overall was an enjoyable time.
