Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Day to day you are checking retail customers in and out of cars, you will also be sent to different garages to meet people who are receiving a car through their insurance. Any time back in the office is spend making phone calls and working on your personal stage.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, being in control of the entire rental experience for a customer can be scary as you want to ensure they get the best service, it is so rewarding when a customer is happy !!
