5/5
I analyse data regarding the Metro's infrastructure, as well as assist in Infrastructure performance issues, discovering potential causations and trends
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The programme I am completing as a apprentice is extremely intellectually stimulating with plenty of challenge and difficult tasks, I am able to assist with. I am treat with the respect of a regular employee given responsibilities and opportunities I am always grateful for which prevent myself from burning out.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt a wide array of skills from complex technical analyst skills such as data manipulation to common skills such as communication and organisational skills which make me a much better employee.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The whole experience is extremely structured, with weekly college days, bi-weekly 1:1s with my line manager and quarterly apprentice development days, so far the scheme has been extremely organised and easy to handle as a new employee attempting to grasp the corporate lifestyle.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Throughout Nexus within my 9 months, I have faced many challenges and short comings on my own behalf but throughout it all, Nexus and my managers have been 100% supportive and understanding while remaining strict enough to ensure that I grow and mature as an individual, I am giving all resources necessary and as much support as I desire to help myself over come any possible issues I face, I could not be more happy with the support I receive throughout Nexus.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Currently, my training provider, is wonderful at assisting with any difficulties, they are understanding and helpful whenever any question is raised, however due to the 3 weeks between each college session, and sometimes long waits between replies the support could be better by providing more punctual responses, despite that there is little to no issues elsewhere.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My current qualification I am training for, directly assists me within my role as it is developing my understanding of how I can use and manipulate data alongside key factors I must be considering throughout my role in Nexus.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
On a quarterly basis myself and 10 or so other apprentices are involved in an apprenticeship development day which gives us all an opportunity to share and discuss our experiences throughout our apprenticeships as well as engage in activities such as well being sessions, glass making and escape rooms to increase our skills such as communication and team skills.
