Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

The running and management of projects, whether that be day-to-day operations, long term planning, stakeholder management. Alongside that I complete my university weekly, making sure I have balance between my work and my studies.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme. I enjoy the work and Nexus is a great company to work for, they support my development and have excellent internal and external training.

University lasts in blocks, the timing of the lectures are sent a month in advanced and then the work based activity can be based on the provided context.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support I receive from my team and higher ups is second to none. Nexus want you to develop and want you to feel supported.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

QA provides review meetings for assignments and office hours every week to answer questions. They also have a dedicated resource library from all universities in the country.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training provider teaches relevant material for the project management position, increasing the level of material with every course.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have been on a few social activities with people from my and different departments. I play football as part of a men's mental health scheme every month with the lads and have attended virtual and in person net working events.
