Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
team and the client(s) when required. To ensure that all onboarding, delivery management and general administration is completed with accuracy by the team. Ensure the team maintains a level of
compliance within contractual budgetary controls and with adherence to set KPIs. Be the first point of
contact for all general enquiries and take the lead on following up actions, whilst maintaining a high level of
customer service to both internal and external customers. Actively promote Turnbull and be an excellent
brand ambassador.
