Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
I provide timely and accurate administration support liaising with internal and external customer groups and strategic partners. Ensure the execution of legal documents with both internal and external partners. Organise meetings and events, ensuring that facilities are arranged, all resources booked, and relevant attendees have the appropriate information as required.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I feel that the delivery of the project management course has engaging aspects and useful resources which you can find on the affiliated webpages. The trainers are okay but could be slightly more engaging.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
Yes, my project management skills have increased a lot and I now have both in the job experience directly linking to what I learnt in the course.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I would say the delivery of the course is structured well, but the general reviews and formal reviews are not very well structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I received a good level of support. My manager has sent across resources which may be useful and advised me of different things that I could do which would help me on my course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I receive resources from the training provider which is good and I am able to link that to what I need to progress with the course
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It gives me the foundational knowledge to link it to my job. I have done things in my role purely based on my knowledge from the course.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
We have social events monthly which most of the team attend. We also have volunteering days.
