Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I help support my team and colleagues to ensure there is a smooth running of the employee life cycle. This includes for example sending out offers to new starters, which involves of course sending them a yummy goodie bag with all our brands, I also help with inducting them to the business, as well as supporting colleagues on maternity and paternity leave and providing exit interviews to leavers. I also help with supporting colleagues with day-to-day queries and really be their first point of HR contact.
