Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
A key part of my role is incident management, where I handle and resolve escalations promptly to minimise any disruption to the customer experience. In addition, I take a keen interest in customer service, ensuring that any concerns or issues raised are addressed efficiently and that customer satisfaction is consistently maintained. To resolve complex issues, I facilitate communication between field teams and other internal departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration between all parties.
Aside from maintaining detailed documentation of escalated cases and their resolutions, I also identify areas for improvement by supporting accountability. As part of my responsibilities, I also train and support Customer Service Teams, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to provide excellent customer service. Lastly, I proactively look for recurring issues and process gaps, recommending enhancements that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. As part of my role, I also maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through consistent communication, transparency, and the ability to earn their trust over time.
