To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I don't really. Its stressful, time pressured, samey, admin-heavy and I don't feel I make any real difference.

I've learnt a lot as I joined straight after A levels, so this was my first job. I do however feel that the projects that I'm on hold me back from learning a lot

Would you recommend Arcadis to a friend?
No
Why?
I don't think their apprenticeship programme is particularly well set up. Most apprentices leave straight after their degrees, been the same for years and nothing changes.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Arcadis?
If you love construction, the corporate lifestyle and being sat behind a desk, its probably for you.
