Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My role is supporting global distribution in Marketing. This has been with linear TV such as supplying clients highlights, quarterly decks and running social media pages. I have now expanded into trade events and FAST which is heavily led by business and revenue tracking.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I really enjoy my programme. I have had some amazing experiences and been really involved and trusted within the business which has been a pleasant surprise.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learned lots about business systems and how they can be used to improve work flows. I have a deeper understanding of data, interpeting and presenting this to make informed decisions.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
My programme has 1 monthly seminar with a pre-and-post task, usually a presentation deck and a written report. The seminars are less useful, as the content is not clearly explained and linked to daily roles. However, I have been able to easily do my own learning to cover gaps.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive lots, there are many employee organised calls and touchpoints for the apprentices.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receiev lots, there are monthly seminars and 1:1's, assignments get clear useful feedback and the direct communication does help link role to learning.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I feel it supports my role, but I have often encountered content sooner in my role than in the course and gained a deeper understanding than the teaching could have provided.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes there are many socials for Apprentices, recreational and professional.
