I work within Research & Development as a project management apprentice which involves providing PM support to projects within the department as well as working with members of the team to develop my skills
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Extremely, I enjoy developing working relationships as well as learning from other apprentices

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

How well organised/structured is your programme?

More structure could have been provided at the beginning of the course but this has since been addressed and improved.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support in all aspects from my employer including the early careers team as well as my R&D placement
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I would like to improve the support provided from the training provider in terms of feedback given from assignments to make it more constructive and able to learn from
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel well equipped in my role based on my learning and qualification however it is often not based on the industry which I work within
