Collaborate and manage a wide range of internal & external stakeholders to ensure high quality professional development opportunities for all health and care colleagues. Co-ordination, governance and quality management for student placements across the organisation. Secure funding to support upskilling and ongoing professional development for all health and care colleagues.

I enjoy my programme very much as I am able to put my knowledge and skills in t practice in my workplace which has enhanced my performance.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have had the opportunity to develop and enhance my existing skills, particularly in organisational strategy, data analysis and review, and leadership.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well organisaed, with a clear timetable for the duration of the programme. This allows me to manage my time effectively and plan ahead.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is very supportive and very invested in my development. They make me feel as though my learning and development is a priority and ensure I have the access to any off the job time require to focus on my studies.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider, particularly my coach has been very supported, especially during a period of bereavement. The coach is very responsive, to any queries I have provides good guidance and direction help me achieve my learning outcomes.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The knowledge and skills obtained so far have all been relevant to my role. I have been able to utilize these in my day to day work to improve my performance and has given me more confidence in my abilities and potential.

There are group activites that are available to attend such as craft workshops, community activites and social events throughout the year.
