Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Through observations I have learnt about other roles within our organisation. The knowledge learnt has underpinned what I currently practice with evidence based research informing best practice. I have experienced alternative practice demonstrating the 6 C’s, I have learnt more about the systems of the human body and medicines management.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

A little disjointed sometimes however this has improved via student feedback.
There are elements I feel should have been delivered earlier such as one file this has already been actioned by the teaching school. The structure of the course programme is good particularly enjoying the children and adolescence mental health

It gives me the underpinning evidence and knowledge for evidence based practice to support those I deliver services to making those experiences the best I can, to empower those I work with, encouraging positive outcomes for families and children
