Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
I manage a team of 30 staff members, fostering a productive and motivated work environment through effective leadership, training, and performance management. I oversee the daily operations of the F&B department, maintaining high standards in service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
In addition, I handle inventory control and stock management, ensuring adequate supplies are available while minimizing waste and optimizing costs. My role requires a balance of hands-on management and strategic oversight to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable F&B operations.
