As an F&B Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences throughout the year. My role includes strategic planning and execution of events across all seasons, requiring close coordination with various departments to deliver memorable occasions tailored to client needs.
I manage a team of 30 staff members, fostering a productive and motivated work environment through effective leadership, training, and performance management. I oversee the daily operations of the F&B department, maintaining high standards in service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
In addition, I handle inventory control and stock management, ensuring adequate supplies are available while minimizing waste and optimizing costs. My role requires a balance of hands-on management and strategic oversight to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable F&B operations.

Throughout my role as an F&B Manager, I have gained a strong set of skills crucial to efficient hospitality operations. I've developed expertise in stock management, including accurate forecasting, inventory control, and minimizing waste to maintain optimal levels and reduce costs. My experience in people management has strengthened my leadership abilities—building, training, and motivating a team of 30 staff to deliver high standards of service. I have successfully organised and executed large-scale summer events, from concept to completion, enhancing customer experience and driving revenue. Additionally, I’ve sharpened my understanding of profit margins, learning to make data-driven decisions that improve efficiency and boost profitability across the department.
