Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Checking and promoting member participation in all the activities.
Plan and strategize the activities for each department, reviewing programming monthly and operating based on costs and revenue budgets.
Manage the club from the front doing multiple Duty Manager shifts each month.
Ensuring all departments look and operate safely and at a premium level and follow all the H&S policies and the service standards.
