Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am an advisor on a specialist team where we handle calls for corporate group clients whom have specialist treatment needs. This involves talking with and assisting members with complex treatment needs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the programme, I have learnt so much during this time and have gained extra confidence in myself. I would highly recommend taking part in an apprenticeship to my colleagues.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During the course I have been able to gain City and Guilds level 2 in Mathematics and English reading and writing. I have developed my customer service skills through this course and have gained a position on the next generation STM programme, learning the skills of becoming a manager.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme itself was very well planned. I would say however the support for the Maths learning did change quite a few times and the style of learning did not suit me and I had to do extra learning outside of this course in order to pass the maths element.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I can honestly say that I have been given great support throughout the course by my employers. They have ensured I have time each week to complete my work and have been instrumental in giving me extra responsibilities to help complete the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provide assigned me a coach who I was able to contact regularly, we had regular meetings and teams calls. I knew that if I ever had a question I was able to reach out to my coach and she would get back to me at her earliest opportunity.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This has 100% helped me perform better in my role. I have developed my knowledge of the wider business how each persons role does have an affect on our values and purpose.
