To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am thorough enjoying my level 4 apprenticeship in Business Impact with AI. It is enabling me to learn something new which I can use to make improvements and provide innovations in my role.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am learning more in depth about implementing AI tools in line with business analysis techniques in order to strengthen my ability to deliver to my stakeholders.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is a mix of online independent learning and monthly workshops with the other people in Bupa on the programme with a lot of support from your coach outside that time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer and manager couldn't be more supportive of making sure I have the time to work on my apprenticeship and encourage me to implement the skills in my work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My coach is always available to answer queries over email or have a quick chat via teams.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have only been on the programme for a couple of months but already feel like I am using the skills I have learnt.
