My role involved supporting the team with a variety of operational and project-based tasks while gaining practical experience in a professional environment. Day-to-day activities included analysing data, working with stakeholders, attending meetings, and contributing to ongoing projects, giving me exposure to both technical work and business processes.

In addition, I enhanced my analytical and problem-solving abilities by working with data and supporting business processes.

I received a good level of support throughout my placement, with regular guidance from colleagues and managers when needed. At the same time, I was given enough independence to take ownership of my work and develop my confidence.
