Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is to collect and manage the data around our funded activity. This data is used to provide quarterly reports to the funder and internal stakeholders. I regularly have to communicate with colleagues to collate and review the data
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think the format of the programme is excellent, the staff are engaging and approachable, and we have plenty of time to learn independently/practically apply our learning

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learned a lot through the apprenticeship so far. Specifically around SQL. I have also had the opportunity to develop my skills in data analysis and visualisation

The programme seems to be well structured, sessions are engaging and cover everything we need.

I have plenty of support from my employer. I also know who and where to go for further support if needed

Our coach is very supportive, we are provided with regular reviews and can email/message them with quick responses
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like this qualification will give me the skills to advance in my current role. It will give me more skills to deliver more effectively on my responsibilities and integrate better processes
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are loads of activities and initiatives to get involved in across the organisation. Including: book clubs, walking challenges, board game sessions etc
