Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Producing risk management reports detailing exposures to different balance sheets. Completing various ad-hoc requests. Updating different risk management limits. A relatively diverse role.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
The programme is relatively well structured but of course is fundamentally different to a conventional university degree. To an extent it is what you make of it.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, going straight from school into work is a large change and requires the rapid acquisition of new skills as well as development of existing ones.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme is relatively sensibly laid out. However, like in any programme, it varies module to module.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Plenty of support from my employer in terms of study leave.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
An adequate amount of support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
A degree helps improve critical thinking and analytical skills. However, unless you are in a directly economics based discipline lots of the information learnt will not be directly applicable.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are lots of opportunities for different social events and activities.
