Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis, I help to coordinate teams, I organise materials for teams to use, I help to run project sprints that improve team's processes. I also do BAU tasks for teams when there is low resource.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt new skills in communicating with others, but also in more technical areas like SharePoint, Git, Databricks etc.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well structured, from years 1 - 3 you stay in the current role, with check ins from the future talent people at the bank every quarter. Then after year 3 of the apprenticeship, you have the opportunity to apply to a scale above.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Employer is always happy to accommodate my study days, and also find work that is more applicable to my uni.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

No, there is very little economics application in my day to day

Why?
Everyone in the bank is accomaditing and wants you to suceed, it is an evoriment in which everyone is encouraged to grow and supports you in doing so. More so, there are a wide range of activities, be this sports, debating, cooking classes etc which can help bring people with similar interests together, and also help you meet more people from the bank!
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bank of England?
Be yourself, especially as a young person they are investing in you and the knowledge will come later.
