Developing, planning programmes for work experience. Setting up of T-level placements. Managing staff and overseeing their work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It provides quality information, guidance's, opportunity to learn new / develop skills. it has been beneficial to adding to my CV. The employer has been great in supporting me in completing the apprenticeship.

Very well organised, structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Continued support from my employer, to complete the apprenticeship. Time to do my apprenticeship and my work. Help and advice is at hand when I require it. Couldn't fault the support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider provides regular meetings and feedback. I can't fault the support from my tutor. They are there if I need them.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Lots of different apprenticeships to apply for. Very supportive employer, driven to make sure apprentices are well looked after.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS Cambridge University Hospitals?
Persevere, if you don't succeed first time try again. Definite worth it, you won't regret it, many different jobs to apply for once you have gained your qualification.
